All organizations occasionally find themselves in the position of needing a special project performed. However, often organizations do not have sufficient or appropriate internal resources to efficiently and effectively complete the special project while at the same time keeping up with recurring responsibilities.
At Johnson Lambert & Co., we pride ourselves on our ability to creatively and innovatively design "special project" engagements to meet specific circumstances. Our firm Culture places a high priority on special projects. Many special projects have stringent timing requirements. We can respond timely to meet each client's needs.
A carefully selected team of experienced personnel performs each engagement. Many of our personnel have experience in serving in finance or accounting positions with organizations in addition to their public accounting experience. We believe this diversity of experience contributes to our ability to put together a team uniquely qualified to respond to the needs of each engagement.
The following list provides examples of types of special projects that we can perform. However, each special project is unique. Accordingly, the potential universe of special projects is unlimited.
