Marc transferred to Johnson Lambert & Co. from our former affiliate, Veris Consulting LLC, where he was a Managing Director. While there, Marc was involved in a variety of litigation support, forensic accounting and internal audit outsourcing engagements with a focus on insurance. Prior to joining our firm, Marc was Director of Internal Audit for Curtiss-Wright, a publicly traded provider of highly engineered products to various industries. While at Curtiss-Wright, Marc developed a plan to achieve compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, served on the disclosure committee and had reporting responsibility to the audit committee. Prior to Curtiss-Wright, Marc served as Manager with PricewaterhouseCooper’s (PwC) audit practice in New York. During his six years with PwC he provided audit, M&A transaction and business advisory services to the property casualty insurance and reinsurance industry. Marc received his B.S. in Accounting from Drexel University. Marc lives in Jackson, New Jersey with his wife and two children. Marc enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
