He is responsible for management of Johnson Lambert's Vermont office and oversees the firm's audit services to the insurance industry. John joined Johnson Lambert & Co. in 1992 as a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Business Administration and Accounting degree. He offers a wealth of experience serving captive insurance companies, including risk retention groups as well as commercial insurance companies. In addition to his diverse audit experience, John also has significant experience providing tax and consulting services to insurance companies. John is a frequent author on topics related to captive insurance and has been featured in industry publications. He is a member of the AICPA, the Vermont Society of CPAs and the Vermont Captive Insurance Association. John holds the CPA and Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF) designation.
