Diane is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of audit fieldwork and financial statement preparation for audits of property-casualty insurance companies, life insurance companies, employee benefit plans and associations and other not-for-profit organizations. In addition to performing financial statement audits, she also provides consulting services, including outsourced internal audit services.

Diane has significant leadership roles in Johnson Lambert & Co.’s audit practice including oversight of significant aspects of Johnson Lambert & Co.’s quality control system. She served as the lead for the firm wide electronic workpaper implementation and continues to have oversight responsibility for continuous improvement of related processes. Diane also leads all aspects of Johnson Lambert & Co.’s growing employee benefit plan audit practice.

Diane is a graduate of The College of William and Mary with a BBA in Accounting. Diane began her career at Johnson Lambert & Co. as an intern in 1997.

Diane lives in Arlington, Virginia and enjoys travel.
